Selling your Atlanta house yourself? Get a direct number beside the FSBO.

A for-sale-by-owner sign means you are already doing the work. You can keep doing it and still ask what a buyer would pay without another month of showings.

Some owners use a direct offer as a comparison and then go back to their FSBO. Some are done with strangers booking tours after work. Both are reasonable. The form does not take the house off the market.

If you have a link — Zillow, Facebook, a yard-sign photo, a Craigslist post — put it in the listing field. It saves a round of questions. We still verify the property ourselves.

Agents with a seller who is open to an off-market conversation can use this form too. Choose Agent as the role so we know who we are talking to.

Send it if

  • The house is already for sale by owner and traffic has been thin.
  • You want a backup if the retail buyer you are talking to falls through.
  • You would like one conversation instead of managing every inquiry yourself.

A direct number is not your list price

  • An investor offer is usually below what a patient retail sale might bring. If your FSBO price is firm and the market is giving it to you, stay the course.
  • We will not ask you to cancel anything before we have even talked.
  • If you are under contract with an agent, check that agreement before you solicit other offers. We will not tell you to ignore a contract you signed.

Questions on this situation

Do I have to stop my FSBO to talk?

No. Asking for a review does not require you to take a sign down or decline other buyers.

I am an agent with an off-market seller. Can I send it?

Yes. Choose Agent, put the property address, and include the best way to reach you. We are the buyer in that conversation, not a co-listing partner.

What price should I put?

The price you are asking now is fine. If you have a floor you will not go under, say that in the notes. We would rather know.
